Join us on this Transformative Weekend as we dive in deeper to our yoga practice, bringing awareness to alignment.
All levels welcome as we use props making poses available to everyone. Also the use props gives us access to go even deeper into a pose.
Yoga Hall right on the beach with ropes on the walls, so you can really stretch.
A room full of yoga props, including yoga chairs, back benders, bolsters, blocks & straps.
Props allow the nervous system to really calm & settle.
Balancing the Chakras - Energy Centres in the Body with Sound healing & Yoga Practices.
Accomadation in beautiful Cabins by the Sea
Explore the beaches & dine out in local restaurants both nights. This event is not catered, so bring breakfast & snacks.
However some light refreshments will be served.
Lie back & enjoy Crystal Bowl Sound Healings, Medicine Drum, Sacred Geometry.
Opening up the throat chakra with Kirtan,singing sacred mantra.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit taken to reserve place is $250 this will not be refunded if you cancel. If you cancel before 30 days the rest of your ticket cost is refunded. 2 weeks, 50 percent refund. Less than 7 days 25% refund.
